Jennifer McGill began her career as a Mouseketeer on The Disney Channel's 7 seasons of “The All-New Mickey Mouse Club” TV series, filmed at Disney’s MGM Studios and showcased as a live production on the park’s Backstage Tour. For over 35 years, Jennifer has collaborated all over the world with artists including Christina Aguilera, John Bettis, Carman, JC Chasez, Auli`i Cravalho, Diana DeGarmo, Celine Dion, Joey Fatone, Luis Fonsi, Kenny Loggins, Donnie McClurkin, Boyz II Men, Danny Gokey, Ryan Gosling, Norm Lewis, New Kids On The Block, Alanis Morissette, David Phelps, Keri Russell, Nicole Scherzinger, Michael W. Smith, Will Smith, Britney Spears, TiXany, Justin Timberlake, TLC and Vanessa Williams.
After graduating with Honors from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Jennifer returned to Disney World to perform in the acapella group American VYBE (musically directed by Deke Sharon, vocal arranger for the “Pitch Perfect” movie franchise and NBC's “The Sing-OX”), as well as to coach high school choral groups for Disney's Magic Music Days. Jennifer was the featured recording artist on the “My Boyfriend’s Back” movie soundtrack (courtesy of Walt Disney Records) and on the finale theme song of A&E's TV show “Intervention”.
Jennifer has toured internationally with multiple acts, including “Dance Express”, “Bravehearted Girls”, “The Ultimate Thriller” and “MMC” for United Service Organizations (USO). Jennifer co-wrote and co-arranged and her debut solo album "Unbreakable", released in 2017. In 2020, “Why? Because It’s Christmas!” debuted at #21 on Billboard’s Compilation Albums chart, on which Jennifer is a featured artist.

Jennifer has taught private voice and acting lessons for over 22 years (competition, audition, recording artistry, musical theatre, vocal styling, live show endurance, speaking, personal/stage confidence). Her clients include Martha Munizzi (Grammy nominated, Dove/Stellar Award-winning international gospel recording artist), Tejai Sullivan (international Michael Jackson tribute artist), Abigail Duhon (soundtrack artist/actress: God's Not Dead, God's Not Dead 2, I'm Not Ashamed), The Rubyz (iShine recording artists) and Chelsea Turbin (“American Idiot” Broadway Tour, “Little Shop of Horrors” off Broadway).
Jennifer was Creative Director of Lifetime Impact LLC which designed and produced educational entertainment products (original music, live shows, worship leading and Jennifer’s speaking ministry) for Christian events. During her 6 years of working with one of the leading artist development companies, PCG Artist Development, Jennifer coached singer-songwriters and recording artists in vocal technique/styling, studio recording, virtual concert and stage touring techniques, and was promoted to President of PCG Artist Strategies.
In 2024, Jennifer worked with world renowned composer and lyricist, Stephen Schwartz, and the New York City Chamber Orchestra in Manhattan Concert Productions’ Broadway Series: “Children of Eden” at Lincoln Center, directed by award winning Broadway veteran, Tony Yazbek. Jennifer is a board member of Always In The Club Foundation, with the mission of facilitating and promoting youth arts, education and mentorship. Jennifer is now Artistic Director of Halifax Repertory Theatre.
